Councilmembers are planned to settle on two regulations for Home at Maricopa, which is being made by Shelter Asset Management and El Dorado 27 LLC.
The first would support and take on a Minor General Plan Land Use Amendment to change land use from Public/Institutional (P) and Mixed Use (MU) to Mixed Use (MU) for 25.3 segments of place where there is vacant land.
The second would underwrite and take on a change to the city drafting manual for rezone those segments of land to Planned Area Development from Light Industry and Warehouse.
